Executive Residences are ideal for those needing a super-high-quality, completely outfitted Residence, whether due to local business, or between homes in today’s active real estate market or if you simply want the best for the least possible effort. Our Executive Residences are offered in a variety of sizes, from one bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans. Each is fully furnished. Kitchens are completely outfitted with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and utensils and toaster and Keurig coffee maker.
Everything You Need
Bathrooms have a complete selection of towels and starter supplies. Bedrooms have top-quality sheets, pillows, covers and mattresses to provide a restful yet luxurious sleep. Each Executive Residence has mounted flat-panel TVs in the living room and bedrooms as well.
To top it all off, each Executive Residence enjoys weekly towel and linen service, weekly housekeeping and reserved parking in our direct-access garage. All utilities, including heat, electricity, cable TV, Internet service and wired telephone are included with the rental price. In effect, your fixed monthly payment covers everything. Terms are available for as little as four months to forever. Don’t laugh, we have Residents doing just that.
