We take your privacy very seriously. We will never post or publish our Resident’s names. Unless you tell someone that you live here, no one will know.
Private Indoor Parking
Each Residence has a dedicated parking space inside our Resident-only garage and every parking level provides direct elevator access to the lobby and your floor. Your parking space will always be available to you, and you'll always know who parks near you.
Security of our Residents is of utmost importance. Every access door remains locked and is accessible only by a dedicated electronic fob assigned to each Resident. All fob usage is recorded and tracked for detailed, around-the-clock monitoring.
24-Hour Professional Concierge
Our 12 Concierge professionals are the envy of all other addresses. They are dedicated members of our staff – not outsourced contractors – so you'll always deal with a familiar face. Concierge can make arrangements for dinner, car services, event tickets, package deliveries and more.
Private, Resident-Only Elevators
Our elevators are exclusively for Residents and their guests – no outside persons, no delivery people and no strangers. Our elegant elevators service only our Resident floors, the parking garages and our exquisite lobby. All deliveries (including food deliveries), move-ins and vendors are handled with a separate service elevator.
Indoor Access to Major Attractions
We call this "connectivity" and no other address has it. The Residences is connected to the Omni Hotel, Providence Place Mall, Convention Center and Dunkin’ Donuts Center via a secure, Residents-only indoor passageway that is surveilled 24/7. Lounge at the hotel, shop the mall, visit the Convention Center and see a game at the Dunk without needing a car, a coat or an umbrella.
Sanitization of all Common Areas
Our elevators and common area touch-points are treated daily with an electrostatic disinfectant fogger, which leaves a clean, dry sanitized surface. Each Residence is also fully sanitized prior to a new occupancy.
With a 98% Walkability rating, our Residents have convenient access to the city's downtown restaurants, from the finest dining to food trucks and farmers’ markets. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, in the foot of our tower, provides room service to our Residents – something no other Fleming’s offers.
24 Hour Business Support Services
We can assist with facsimile transmissions as well as all your shipping and delivery needs including Federal Express, the U.S. Postal Service and UPS.
Valet and Porter Services
As trained members of our Concierge staff, our Day Porters are always ready to assist with luggage, groceries, deliveries, dry cleaning and other services.
We offer housekeeping services as an added feature, or we can accommodate your own service if you prefer.
Dry Cleaning and Laundry Service
At your request, a Day Porter will pick up your order which will be promptly shipped to our outside professionals for laundering and cleaning. Upon completion, your items are delivered to your door – and if you wish – placed in the closet you specify.
